Samantha and Katrina are the property managers and are very professional, as well as welcoming. Samantha showed me the unit I reserved in climate-controlled environment and stated the temperature would not exceed 80 degrees. This has been true, mostly fluctuating between 76 - 79 degrees which has been fine for me. The facility is well maintained inside and out. I would recommend CubeSmart Storage to anyone needing an affordable storage facility here in New Smyrna, Florida.

I lost my roof dying the hurricane, so I made an reservation on a 3rd party website, and was able to rent a climate controlled unit. Becky helped me upgrade to a larger unit, once I got there and everything went very smoothly! She was friendly. And professional, and so nice! Thankyou!

The gentleman that works at the cube smart on renzulli road was great to deal with. Even though my reservations that were taken over the phone were mistakenly made for the cube smart on pioneer road he was able to accommodate me and my needs without hesitation. I would highly recommend this business for all of your storage needs. I had a few units at this location a few years back and it seems that the property has been upgraded with better security and great customer service. Thanks

I run a local business and I use these folks for my extra storage space needs. One thing I have to say is the staff at this location is perfect! The new property manager is professional and punctual. If something needs done she gets it done right away! She is the perfect fit for this location! Her assistant is pushing the boundaries of perfection. She is kind, well spoken and is able to give you the correct information immediately as if she already knows what you need. If you need storage itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s simple. Go here they will take care of you.
